Mock Interviews

Each year our club assists Coomoora Secondary College with the year 10 curriculum.  This involves interviewing approximately 100 to 120 year 10 students for ‘mock’ jobs.  The students will have already prepared a covering letter and resume for the mock job of their choice.  Some of the students will role play in regard to their qualifications etc to apply for the job.  This program is designed to assist students in many cases in preparation for their first job.  Students are assessed by the Rotarian interviewers and are given an appraisal of their performance and possible suggestions for improvement.  This is a most enjoyable program in our Rotary year.  Our club members are continually amazed at the quality of the young people interviewed.
